We had an early snow in Central Maine last week, and I snapped this shot of snow clinging to a late bloom of my climbing rose. (The snow didn't last, but there's more where that came from.) The contrast of deep pink and brilliant white make this charming image a keeper.

The interior is glazed in Satin Matte Black, which is also used to the glazed trailed details. The impressed decoration is made using a variety of handmade clay stamps.
