Nearly all the pots from the 3/13 firing had destinations even before they were unloaded - a nice circumstance in which to find oneself. I did save out this mug, the jewel of the firing, to offer online. It is glazed in Owen Oribe, and fired with both soda and salt, resulting in the beautiful flowing and mottled colors.
Part of the reason I saved this mug out is that, technically, it is a second. The glaze ran so much it flowed under the pot and onto the kiln shelf; but after grinding and polishing, the bottom is so smooth -- and so appealling -- that I can't even count it a flaw.
Leadfree, ovenprooof, dishwasher & microwave safe, all that good stuff.
