This stoneware mug was fired in a soda vapor glazing atmosphere, creating beautiful surface effects. Turquoise glaze lines the inside, and flows down the upper third of the outside. The lower portion of the mug is the russet-orange color that is characteristic of soda glazing, plus a pattern of brilliant blue dots. This is a coffee-lover's mug: holds 16 ounces. Lead-free, ovenproof, dishwasher and microwave safe.
